This Lockpal Door Key Guide S44207 is a mobility aid to help open door locks, ideal for users with weaker grip, or vision issues who struggle to insert their keys. It works by providing a larger area to aim for, and by helping funnel the key into the correct position in the lock. Easy to install with no extra tools needed, each pack contains 2 x Lockpals, which can even be used on both sides of the same door.
Suitable for standard Euro cylinder locks only, as per picture shown, please check before purchase – not suitable for other lock styles. How to fit – please note full instructions & diagrams are included on product packaging. The fitting video is also available on this listing Clean area just above keyhole with wipe provided Measure how far the lock sticks out from flush with the door in mm’s to work out how many pads to use (1mm = 1 sticky pad) Depending on key type – insert key either half-way or fully into the lock Remove backing paper from first pad and stock to back of Lockpal. Add more pads if required for depth of lock (1mm = 1 sticky pad) Holding Lockpal away from contact with door, slide down onto key as shown in instructions Keeping Lockpal vertical, press firmly into place over key, ensuring there is no gap between key shaft & Lockpal
