Since it is pure petroleum, it can safely blend with all other automotive lubricants, even synthetics, aft and mineral oil. It keeps old engines alive and new engines new. Use one bottle of oil stabilizer with every oil change. In badly worn or smoking engines use up to 2 bottles.
