M8 (8mm x 17.5mm) 4-Pronged Tee Nut – Steel (Pack of 10): Threaded steel inserts with prongs that claw into wood, particle, or composite materials when they are tightened. Can also be used where wood screws would fail. After the T-Nut is installed, a bolt can then be used to join the parts together leaving an almost flush surface that can also be easily disassembled and reassembled as required.
