The MA Duo Towel is versatile and gives you the best of both worlds, the towel for all occasions. The overall weight is 350gsm. One side has a short dense pile equivalent to 300gsm which is perfect for removing polish and waxes. The other side has a thick plush pile equivalent to 400gsm for use with quick detailing sprays and final buffing. It is 40cm x 40cm and has a composition of 80% polyester with 20% polyamide. Over the 15 years I’ve been in the motor trade, working for a number of manufacturers including Jaguar, Lexus, Ferrari and Maserati then more recently running my own business, I have been involved in preparing hundreds of cars and worked with numerous detailers. I started this venture with the aim of creating a versatile and high quality product, so in conjunction with a few professional detailers we set about testing numerous different towels already available from all over the world. From this we put a specification together of what we wanted. In more recent years I have been involved in the motor trade both in the UK and Asia including China giving me access to high quality manufacturers. Using our own specification samples were made and sent back to the UK for testing by our team. Each prototype was tested rigorously and updates fed back to the manufacturer until we got the towel we wanted in terms of weight, yarn and composition of materials. This is a product designed and used by professional detailers also available to all enthusiasts.
