Its aerating holes allow the heat from your oven to circulate freely around the crust. This absorbs excess moisture, solving the sogginess problem, while leaving a crisp, crumbly, golden result.
This round pie tin is made of heavy-duty carbon steel, so you can depend on it bake after bake. It’s oven safe to 220°C (428°F) and won’t warp as your pies bake in the oven. With an electroplated finish, it’s rust resistant too.
Finished with two layers of the Quantum II non stick coating, this individual pie dish releases bakes quickly and easily, so there’s less chance of you damaging that nicely formed crust before serving. It also means there’s less mess to clean up afterwards. Quantum II is 100% PFOA, PTFE and BPA free too.
With its individual size – 10 cm (4 Inch) in diameter, excluding the rim – this small perforated pie tin is ideal for baking single-portion takes on all your favourites, from chicken pot pies for dinner to Bramley apple pies for dessert.
