Installation steps.
(1) Open the chimney hole of the tent. 1. Determine the position of the chimney opening on the tent, 2. Mark the position of the screw hole on the chimney opening according to the round steel piece and then open the hole.
(2) Cut two pieces of hard-wearing material in the same shape as the steel piece according to the round steel piece of the silicone sleeve (thick cloth can also be used instead)
This step can also be omitted, but the addition of the abrasion resistant material will better protect the tent from wear and tear.
(3) Place the cut wear material and steel sheet on the inside of the tent opening and insert the screws into the screw holes from the inside out.
(4) Place the abrasion resistant material, silicone sleeve and steel sheet in turn on the outside and secure the screws by tightening them with nuts.
(5) Cut off the tent fabric inside the silicone ring to complete the opening.
(6) After installation, insert into the chimney for use. When the chimney diameter is larger than 4.5cm, you can cut the silicone ring by yourself!
