[Why my pencil doesn’t work with my iPad].
1) This stylus supports iPad series 2018-2022 and later models.
It does not work for iPad before 2018, iPhone, Android, Microsoft devices. If you are not sure if the A11 metapen is compatible with your iPad, please tell us your iPad model serial number (on the back of your iPad, the serial number starts with A), we will get back to you in time.
2) Only supports iOS 12.2 or later. Please update your iPad system to version 12.2 or later.
3) Make sure the pen is powered, charge it 10 minutes before first use.
4)If your iPad has previously been paired with an Apple Pencil, cancel the pairing before using the metapen A11.
Simply go into the Bluetooth settings, search for the Apple Pencil and press the information button and then un-pair it
5) Make sure the pen is turned on: just press the pen head twice to turn it on/off, it will automatically connect to the iPad. No Bluetooth or apps required. The small LED at the top will light up, everything is ready, you can draw or write with your Metapen A11.
Note: A11 automatically turns off in 5 minutes of inactivity.
