The MioSMART hub G10 is the control centre for your home security system. It’s what makes all the devices work together seamlessly, connecting directly to your Wi-Fi router. It’s your link to total peace-of-mind.
If you want to add motion sensors, door and window sensors and other devices such as heat/smoke and carbon monoxide sensors, you’ll need a hub. The IP cameras obviously do not need the hub but for total security, including the various sensors for your home, you will want a hub. You can connect up to four hubs per app, in case you want to install hubs in different places (home, office etc.).
The hub is simple to set-up, using a QR code that can be scanned through the app. It connects via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable to your router. No messing about. Mio Technology know you’ve got better things to do than fiddle around for half a day trying to set up your smart home system.
The MioSMART app makes it easy to monitor everything. Simply add devices to the hub by pressing single one button then check on their status whenever you like. The app will send you notifications as soon as any of the connected sensors are triggered.
