The Mirka Handy Sanding Block measures 80mm x 230mm and is ideal for filler sanding, paint removal and the keying of surfaces prior to painting. It is also perfect for putty sanding because of the reduced risk of tilting. It has 55 dust extraction holes and when used with the Abranet strips (not included) and dust extraction machine (not included) creates an environment which is virtually dust free. When used with the Mirka anti static dust extraction hose (not included) it can be fitted in to a vacuum cleaner! The benefits are that work is carried out in a far healthier environment and clean up time is significantly reduced. The Sanding block has an ergonomic two handle soft grip which gives much more control during sanding.
