How to inflate the ball:
Remove the valve cap at the end of the ball
Insert the tip of the inflation hose into the valve.
Press the inflation tube repeatedly until the exercise ball is inflated. Do not inflate the exercise ball too much and do not use an air compressor.
Remove the hose from the valve and put the cap back on.
