How to use：
1. Leave it in the hot water for 25~30 seconds. The dental guard needs to be soft enough to be molded.
2. Remove the mouth guard from the hot water. As soon as you take it out, put it in cold water for 3-4 seconds to cool slightly.
3. Afterwards place the dental guard over your upper teeth. Bite into the dental guard gently while also pressing it with your fingers from the front of your teeth.
How to wash：
You can either leave the mouth guard overnight in mouthwash or gently use a tooth brush to clean inside the moulded area.
