Natural Health 4 Life slippery elm powder is ground inner bark powder. When slippery elm bark comes into contact with liquids it begins to turn the liquid into a gel. Add 1 to 2 scoops of slippery elm to about 50ml of cold liquid. Milk usually works best, but fruit juice or water is okay as well. It is best taken away from food at night or on rising in the morning.
