Application:
Squeeze the tampon together with clean hands and gently slide it in front of the cervix. The wearing time should not exceed 8 hours. Wash your hands thoroughly before removing the tampon. Then grip the tampon with either two fingers or with one finger on the punching and gently pull it out.
Optionally, you can also attach the return thread to the punching in the tampon with a knot before insertion. So you can simply pull out the thread when removing the tampon.
