As members of Talking Heads, Chris Frantz, Jerry Harrison and Tina Weymouth comprised the most important rhythm section of any CBGB’s-era band. Now as simply The Heads, they cut 2 dozen tracks in 2 weeks, without lyrics or vocals; contributors such as Debby Harry, Michael Hutchence, Richard Hell, Maria McKee, Gavin Friday, Andy Partridge and others not only sang on individual tracks, but came up with their own lyrics as well. First single/video: “Damage I’ve Done,” featuring Concrete Blonde’s Johnette Napolitano.
