Leg Training
Training method: Lie flat on your mat, hold the puller handles with both hands, place your feet on the footrest, bend your legs to 90 degrees and push your feet forward. It is recommended to do 5 sets of 15 repetitions per set to exercise the thigh muscles and lower back.
