The molecularly distilled omega-3 fatty acids from Now Foods contains fish oil concentrate obtained from tuna, sardines and anchovies. It is particularly high quality as it has a high degree of purity due to molecular distillation.
Included are the two omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which can contribute to normal heart function when taken at 250mg daily. DHA supports vision and brain function at a daily intake of 250mg.

Fish oil concentrate, glazing agent: gelatine (bovine (BSE-free); capsule); humectant: glycerol; water, antioxidant: D-alpha-tocopherol
Directions
Take 2 soft capsules per day with a meal and plenty of water.
