- THE NETTLE: Known since ancient times, the nettle is one of the herbs that has accompanied Europe for the longest time. Best harvested between May and September when it is at its most tender, nettle can be found virtually everywhere. However, it achieves the best quality in air-clean regions like these, from which our nettle leaves are harvested.

- QUALITY AND CARE IN PROCESSING: Our nettles are gently dried. The packaging is carried out carefully by hand to ensure quality.
- PREPARING TEA: Dried nettle leaves are the most popular for making tea. Pour boiling water over 1 tablespoon (tbsp) per cup and let it steep, covered, for about 10 minutes. The nettle leaves can be mixed with other herbs to refine the taste, for example with raspberry leaf or goldenseal.
