Clean your own nails with Miss Sophie Nail Wrap Remover, remove excess cuticle and apply a thin layer of Miss Sophie Base Coat. 2. Select the right size of nail wrap for the nail in question. Tip: If you are hesitating between two sizes, choose the smaller one or trim the nail wrap to size. 3. Peel the nail wrap off its backing and place it in the middle of your nail. Leave a small space to either side between the nail wrap and the cuticle. 4. Firmly press the nail wrap onto the nail, first in the middle and then carefully at the edges. Fold the protruding part down or cut it off. 5. Carefully file the protruding part with the Miss Sophie Glass Nail File along the edge of the nail in one direction only. Seal the nail wrap with a thin layer of Miss Sophie Top Coat
