Product description

Reduces inflammation and pain in the knee joint and improves the balance of muscle groups involved in the leg.
Thanks to the improved mobility of tight leg and knee muscles, your dog regains its natural running movement and stops jumping.
The bandage evenly distributes the joint load, increases its stability and prevents the progression of damage.
In case of a cross ligament tear, the dog can use the knee brace before surgery to reduce pain and counter muscle mass loss.
After surgery, the bandage can usually be reapplied after five days (as soon as the swelling of the knee has sufficiently decreased).
For the first five days, the area should be cooled and as little as possible. We recommend rehabilitation using special physiotherapy for dogs.

Directions

1. Completely undo the two Velcro straps on the splint before inserting the dog’s leg. // 2. Show the splint very carefully. Once positioned, lift the brace by adjusting it firmly to the thigh. // 3. Wrap the straps around the waist and adjust the velcro to secure the orthotic. Also adjust the lower strap. // 4. Introduce it gradually and check the splint regularly for friction. Remove when resting.
