Made in the EU and supplied from the UK. This 25cm globe is illuminated via a mains cord. When the globe is not lit, each country can be seen in a different colour, clearly showing a “political” view of the world. When the globe is lit, new information is displayed. The World’s land masses are viewed as a “heat map” showing their elevation above sea level. Geographical features such as trenches and oceanic ridges are labelled to produce a kid’s globe with incredible detail, with a striking appearance, particularly when illuminated. Base and meridian are made from plastic and a bulb is supplied for convenience which are not included in the product’s guarantee.
