Directions
1. Wet the toothbrush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. 2. Place the toothbrush head against your teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Press the power button to start the toothbrush and move it gently along your teeth and gums in a circular motion. 4. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of all teeth for about 30 seconds per quadrant (two minutes total). 5. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen your breath. 6. Rinse your mouth and the toothbrush head thoroughly with water after brushing. 7. Replace the brush head every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 8. Fully charge the toothbrush every three to four months or when the battery level is low. 9. Store the toothbrush in a dry, ventilated area to prolong its lifespan.
