Not only is the Bistro mill timeless, it is also one of the oldest models in Peugeot’s collection. It was released for the first time in 1874 under the name of Model Z. In its 7cm version, the mill is the smallest wooden pepper mill from the House Peugeot. The pepper mill (7 and 10 cm) and salt mill (10 cm) are available individually or as a dual set. The knob on the upper part of the mill serves to adjust the grinding level: The more the knob is turned, the finer the grind and vice-versa. The grinding mechanism of the Peugeot salt mill was conceived to grind coarse, dry salt. The mill is not affected by the salt’s corrosiveness thanks to its fabrication from stainless steel.
