Our totally natural, pet and child safe Fungus Gnat Barrier & Pot Topper helps deter fungus gnats that fly around the surface of houseplant compost. Made from crushed olive pomace, a sustainable by-product of olive production, this eco-barrier works by preventing the gnats and other root-feeding pests from laying eggs in the soil of houseplant compost. Applied to the top of the compost, the attractive natural barrier also provides organic nutrients to the houseplants and helps save water by reducing moisture evaporating from the soil and preventing compost drying out. Fungus Gnat Barrier be used outdoors too but we recommend not using it in propagators or with small seedlings.
Directions
Add a 2cm deep layer of the product to the full surface of the compost in your pot
