Product Description

PME Silver anodized aluminium icing ruler perfect to create a smooth finish to the top of your cakes when Royal icing. Simple to use: apply icing to top of cake using a Paddle action with a palette knife, then use the ruler at an angle to draw across the top of the cake from back to Front to create a smooth surface. Measures 18 inches (457 mm) long x 1.25 inches (32 mm) wide please note: no measurement markings on this ruler.
