Dissolve 6 – 8 kg (13-17 lbs) sugar into 8 liters of hot water (2 USA gallons) 2. Make sure the sugar is completely dissolved before continuing 3. Top up to 25 liters (6.5 US gallons) with cold water 4. Make sure the liquid temperature is below 40 Degree Centigrade 5. Add Turbo Yeast sachet and continue to stir until no more yeast particles are visible 6. Allow to ferment at 20 to 30 Degree Centigrade (68-86 Degree Fahrenheit) air temperature for 2 to 7 days 7.
