Ferments up to 23% alcohol in 25 liter batches (larger batches overheat and fermentation stops). Does not contain Activated Carbon that contaminates the fermentor. To ferment this strong, there must be a substance which makes the fermentation spread on a enormous surface. This is achieved by using Clearing Agent (such as Chitosan). Activated Carbon is not used with Turbo Extreme 23%.
