This Single Cylinder Deadlatch by Prime-Line Products is constructed of solid bronze and features a jimmy resistant locking mechanism. This deadlatch locks the door securely to the jamb to prevent forced entry from would-be invaders. The single cylinder is constructed with a 5-pin tumbler, and it requires a 1-1/4 inch hole for complete installation. This single cylinder deadlatch for hinged doors includes a tamper-proof shutter guard to help prevent lock picking. For best results, follow the installation instructions included with each package.
