Note:
1. When punching, the lacing chisel must be perpendicular to the leather exterior to prevent the cutting teeth from being interrupted due to the tilt of the flat cut.
2 Do not use a hammer when beating prong chisel tool, but can use a rubber or wooden hammer..
3. It is best to put a soft material under the skin to protect the cutting tip. It is recommended to use a grid board or a cutting board.
4. When the lacing chisel is not in use, a layer of engine oil can be applied to the cut area and a rubber sleeve can be used for protection and maintenance.
