Step 2: Wrap the Chest Flap under the torso and secure with fasteners onto the body. Make a comfortable, snug fit.
Step 3: Wrap the Neck Straps around the dog’s neck and secure with fasterners. Adjust for a comfortably snug fit as necessary.
