The new “Quick-Lock” Tom brackets, attached to the Star-Cast Mounting System and the Starclassic Floor Toms, have some distinctive and pioneering innovations. First of all, as the name suggests, the brackets allow for quick and uncomplicated assembly and disassembly. The special and unique feature of the brackets is the following: once the drum has been attached to a Tom stand or floor tom feet, it is no longer necessary to attach and adjust separate memory locks to ensure the desired setting. The Quick-Lock Tom brackets also bring a hidden acoustic benefit. Following the same principles of vibration reduction from Tom to stand or floor tom legs, the brackets have a rubber lining to promote the insulation of the drums and to enhance the resonance.
