R ROTOR BIKE COMPONENTS ALDHU CRANK ARMS 160 mm

The Rotor Aldhu crank system is completely newly developed concept for road bike cranks. The modular cranks ALDHU and VEGAST are extremely flexible thanks to their construction as modular systems (left crank arm, right crank arm, axle with DM spline) which can be combined with a 1 compartment or 2 compartment DM chainring or 110 x 4 or 110 x 5 spider. The crank and chain ring assembly requires only a 10 Allen key, making assembly/disassembly or changing a chain ring a breeze. And this is not only popular with single-speed systems such as XC/Gravel, but now also possible with double DM chain rings. The Rotor Aldhu crank system for road bikes was created together with the Rotor Vegest and shares the innovative and modular construction with it. However, the ALDHU has been extremely trimmed to a reduced weight and with its only 182 g light crank arms (at 170 mm length and a system weight with one-piece chainrings 50/34 of less than 600 g) offers the exceptionally high rigidity of the highest quality. Comparable crank systems from other premium manufacturers are far above the system price of the Rotor Aldhu. Without specialist knowledge and special tools, assembly is done in minutes and changing the chain rings is just as easy. Thanks to the direct mount system, where the blades are mounted directly on the shaft without spider, a standard Allen key is sufficient as a tool. Choose from the revolutionary combo chainring in one-piece design (one block milled chainring) and single chainrings. Both in round design or with the oval Q rings from Rotor with 12th 5% Ovality Alternatively, a direct mount spider can also be used which allows the traditional mounting of two chainrings with chainring screws and further expands the spectrum. The direct mount system of the Rotor Aldhu allows for the first time the fine adjustment of oval chainrings (OCP) in one-degree increments and thus incomparable individualisation to personal requirements. This gives the rider the best possible approach to the best possible step efficiency. The crank arms of the ALDHU made of the high-strength and very light 7075 aluminium alloy are reworked / hollow drilled with the Rotor patented Trinity Drilling System and offer a perfect ratio of stiffness to weight. Rotor Aldhu is perfect for road cyclists with the desire for a very light crank system without complications, with low maintenance and assembly effort and the possibility to improve pedal efficiency. It shares the desire for individuality in the driver with crank systems of the very expensive premium lightweight class, but is affordable. The ALDHU is of course compatible with other road bike groups from Shimano, SRAM or Campagnolo and offers future-proof technology thanks to direct mount.
