The lightweight kapic crank system was created together with the two gravity cranks rotor RHAWK and Raptor and shares the innovative and modular structure with it. The kapic offers as the lightest and stiffest crank system in standard and boost design for mountain bikes from rotor and thanks to direct mount technology, the best possible direct conversion of power into propulsion. Already in the launch season 2018, numerous professional drivers moved to the capic and were able to start their first victories and podium placements. Without specialist knowledge and special tools, assembly is done in minutes and changing the chain ring is just as easy. Thanks to the direct mount system, in which the blades are mounted directly on the shaft without spider, a standard hex key is sufficient as a tool. Numerous blades in round design or with the oval Q rings from Rotor offer choice for riding on any terrain. The direct mount system The rotor kapic allows the fine adjustment oval chain rings (OCP) in one-degree increments and thus an incomparable individualisation to personal requirements. This allows the rider to get the best possible approach to the optimal pedal efficiency. The crank arms of the kapic made of the particularly stiff 7055 aluminium alloy are reworked with the rotor patented Trinity Drilling System / hollow drilled and offer an ideal ratio of stiffness to weight. Rotor kapic is perfect for XC and marathon bikers with the desire for a lightweight crank system without complications, with low maintenance and assembly effort and the possibility to improve pedal efficiency. Protective cover in seven different colours allow colour coordination to the frame and offer further personalisation.
