The blade width is automatically compensated for and units can be displayed in both English and Metric units on a large, backlit, LCD display. The M1 can make a wide range of cuts including angled, beveled, miter, and compound cuts and is accurate beyond 1/32” (0.5mm). It is powered by 2 AA batteries (not included). It can work on both the left side and right side of the saw fence and digitizes any measurements taken on your miter saw, chop saw, or band saw. An automatically adjusting spring loaded arm allows the M1 to work with a range of material thicknesses along with material types ranging from wood to composites to metals.
