The high qualitaty REHAPE Sling Trainer is composed of: – an 0,31 inch special alpinists rope. – two sturdy, hand-sewed nooses, fixed to the rope using a “prusik” knot. This special knot is self tightening when pulled at the slings and loosening when not. – one hand-sewed noose to hang it up any kind of suitable catch. (we recommend using a carabiner and hang the carabiner up the catch)
