Omelett(s), scrambled eggs, egg dishes, fried eggs: for these egg dishes and many more, our egg and serving pan is just right. It is the right size for omelettes and other egg dishes. The iron core of the enamel pan distributes the heat at the bottom of the pan optimally and quickly, so that the heat can be quickly throttled, because egg dishes do not tolerate too high temperatures. And when the eggs are ready, the pan with its two handles is perfect as a serving pan from which can also be eaten, because enamel is cut and scratch resistant. The material enamel is made of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of cookers (gas, electric, vitro-ceramic, induction and even over open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene guarantees the porous, smooth surface made of glass. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. With proper use and proper care, enamelware will last for a long time and retain its typical shine. Uses: our egg and serving pan can also be used as a small baking mould in the oven. So small quiches and tarte tatin were baked in it. Tip: for frying eggs in the enamel pan, it needs butter or oil, but not too high temperatures, best to do the test by putting a drop of egg mass into the egg and serving pan. It must not contract immediately, because then the pan is too hot. If nothing happens, the pan is too cold. Only when the drop sticks slightly the pan has the optimal temperature. Now pour in the entire mass, reduce heat a little, as enamel retains the heat and wait until the omelette easily detaches from the pan base, only turn the omelette.
