- FITTING – Place the mouthguard in boiling water for 15 to 20 seconds. Use tongs or a wooden spoon to remove it. Allow it to cool for 3 seconds and then press it gently against your teeth. Place it in cold water for approx. 20 seconds. The guard can also be shortened and reshaped if necessary. Unlike other models that only fit the front teeth, our mouthguard can be moulded to cover an entire row of teeth.
