Photo Emulsion Remover (stencil stripper) This Photo Emulsion Remover powder can be mixed with water. Select the amount you want to make, either: 250ml , 500ml or 1 Litre (1000ml) of Stencil/ Emulsion Remover solution. Emulsion remover/ Decoating agent powder offers several advantages: – Economically priced and kinder to the planet- why ship water? – Mix only the amount of solution you need – If you need your solution to be stronger use less water – “Emulsion Remover” Sticker is included so you can label and reuse your own spray bottle – refill don’t landfill! Technical Data Instructions for use: 1. Dissolve the contents into 1 litre/500ml/250ml of water. This will give a 2% strong solution designed for rapid removal of stencils 2. Ensure screen is cleaned of ink residue 3. Rinse with water, apply stencil remover to both sides of screen and leave for 10-15 minutes. DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY 4. Rinse off thoroughly with water, preferably under pressure 5. For old stencils, repeat the procedure Decoating agent colour: White Powder
