The Seac Round Fluorescent Buoy is a permanent SMB to be towed when you are submerged or to mark a location for a short period. Bright Yellow upper with a removable Diver Down Flag contrasts well against the blue water so you can be seen. The underside of the Buoy is made from a more abrasion resistant material to protect it from damaging easily around dive sites.
