Don’t let yourself be discouraged if it does not work right on the first attempt. The right technique needs to be practised a few times. In order to offer you our product as affordable as possible and to protect the environment, we have avoided printed instructions (English language not guaranteed). Therefore, you will find the exact steps here, so that you can also let the throwing disc fly 60 metres. Place the FitnessFire Mini Frisbee in your hand as shown in the pictures. Make sure that the index finger is in the slot so that you can give the disc a twist later. Get swing with your arm. To throw the disc as far as possible, you should do this with the forehand, not like a normal frisbee disc with the backhand. Now throw the disc similar to a stone when rocking and make sure that you give the frisbee a twist with your index finger. To ensure a controlled flight, it is best to move your throwing arm parallel/horizontally to the ground and do not throw crooked.
