FAQ: How is the product used? : Suitable for doors with a width of up to 95 cm and 5 cm thick. To mount the weatherstrip: 1.- Unfold the faux leather cover and insert 3 foam cylinders into each of the two tubes of the cover. 2.- Insert the already assembled weather strip, into the space under the door that must be at least 2 mm. 3.- With scissors, adapt the length of the weatherstrip to the width of the door by cutting the excess part so that it does not protrude and allows you to close it. 4.- To install the sealing tape, wipe with a damp cloth, the entire contour of the inner face of the door opening, and wait for it to dry. 5.- Finally, once the contour is dry, separate the two strips of tape from the roll and, carefully, glue the tape along the contour of the door gap at the point where the gap between the opening and the door is smaller, to ensure better insulation. To adjust the size of the tape, use scissors. Is the material waterproof? Does it block the passage of water? : The weather stripping consists of foam cylinders covered in a synthetic leather cover, which is effectively waterproof and protects from water ingress due to splashes or small spills of liquids that do not exceed the height of the weatherstrip. The sealing tape will also act as a barrier against the passage of water through the space around your door, or window, if you use it on it. Is it easy to clean? : Yes, it is. Simply wipe with a damp cloth on the faux leather surface to remove accumulated dust. In case of liquid stains you can remove the weatherstrip from the door and, once the foam has been removed, clean it with a cloth with soap and water. Is it used to isolate odors?
