Silva 3S is a base plate compass for all-round use, e.g. for military and outdoor activities. The easy-grip aluminium compass housing features a sturdy, easy to read needle. Patented red/black north south lines in the capsule base ensure easy and safe release. The curved end base plate features a magnifying glass for precise card work along with template holes for star and control markings on the front. The scale slider at the top of the compass is removable. With the included lanyard, you can quickly measure a distance over your route or plan your route in advance.
