Hardened and tempered triangular steel blade, polished to a mirror-like finish with thinner and sharper cutting edges for optimal cutting performance. Ergonomic plier-action handles enable secure grip and comfortable use, with a safety lock to prevent accidental injury or damage. Handy ratchet-action delivers effective cuts with minimal effort to reduce hand fatigue. Accurately cuts plastic, rubber and neoprene hose, plus PVC, polypropylene, PPR and polyethylene pipe and even ducting and conduit. Ideal for domestic plumbing applications when laying MDPE and PEX pipes. Cuts hose and pipe with a diameter up to 42mm. Pre-set diameter selector for quick, accurate repeat cuts.
