Cast aluminium body with quality powder coating for excellent corrosion resistance. Hardened and tempered spear-shaped steel blade, polished to a mirror-like finish with razor sharp cutting edges. Ergonomic plier-action handles enable secure grip and comfortable use, with a safety lock to prevent accidental injury or damage. Handy ratchet-action delivers effective cuts with minimal effort to reduce hand fatigue. Accurately cuts plastic, rubber and neoprene hose, plus PVC, polypropylene, PPR and polyethylene pipe and even ducting and conduit. Ideal for domestic plumbing applications when laying MDPE and PEX pipes. Cuts hose and pipe with a diameter up to 42mm.
