Scandinavian hollowfibre duvet is filled with 100 Percent polyester hollowfibre and surrounded by a 100 Percent polyester cover to create a soft and cosy duvet. It balances warmth, weight and is lightweight even at higher togs for a night’s sleep. With 4.5 tog being very lightweight so it is suitable for the summer months or for all year round use if you tend to feel too hot in bed. All our synthetic pillows and duvets are non allergenic, which means there’s nothing in them that could cause allergic reactions. Which is for peace of mind and essential of allergy sufferers. It’s machine washable at 40 degrees and you can put it in the tumble dryer, plus its made in the UK. Choosing the right duvet it’s a feel warm and snuggly when you get into bed, but over-heating will mean a poor night’s sleep. If you find you get too hot through the night, it is worth considering a lower tog duvet. What’s a duvets are available in a variety oftogs. Togs tell you how warm you will be when sleeping under the duvet. The lower the tog, the cooler you will be. So you need a lower tog for summer (4.5 tog) and a higher tog in winter (13.5 or 15 tog). if you prefer to stick to just one duvet all year round choose a tog rating of around 10.5. Choose low togs for young children as they get warmer quicker than adults and older children. 10.5 tog is our most popular tog, it offers medium warmth and can be used throughout the seasons.
