How to install:
1. Open the bottom plug and fill water/sand into it, cover the stopper closely. Be sure to hold at least 7 kg of water or sand, otherwise the column will not stand upright and can easily fall over.
2. Pumping air into inflatable hole until it is totally inflatable is OK.
3. Close the inner plug and tighten the outer race
