As a result, mesh sheets last up to 4x longer and can be easily cleaned and re-used – just tap, rinse and dry. The STA39122-XJ contains 3 x 80G mesh sanding sheets, compatible with the BLACK+DECKER Mouse sander. The grit size refers to the size of the particles of abrasive materials embedded in the sandpaper. 80G is typically considered to be a medium grit level, Suitable for the gentle removal of varnish, or the sanding of bare wood in preparation for finishing.
