The Starrett 160 Toolmakers’ Steel Clamp, sold by the pair, is used for layout work and for securing work in drilling, welding and other operations and has a screw mechanism for adjusting to a capacity of 2″ (50mm). Each clamp comes with two take-up blocks that slip on the end of the screw, allowing a slight swivel that angles the block to conform to the work being held.
