It has a zip on the inside of the legs (from ankle to ankle), which is sewn so that the patient cannot open it and manipulate the nappies, but the assistant (either at home, in a geriatric centre etc) can easily change the nappy without having to take off the pyjamas. It is also indicated to protect the skin of patients who scratch themselves.
