The maximum thickness of the supports is 20mm and the steel beam hangers are equipped with two mounting nuts on the top, so that the hangers will not move even with a carrier thickness of less than 20mm.
  • Easy installation: suspension beam clips come with 20 screws, no drilling and no need to work on the beam, easy to install. Simply place the suspension on the beam, attach the screws at both ends, then adjust the width and tighten the screws.
  • Powerful suspension: Heavy duty sandbag holder comes with a sturdy round hanging ring that can be hung on any rope or chain carrier. The ring can withstand static gravity of 450 lbs.
  • Use: Punch bag holder is designed for hanging heavier items and heavier bags under steel supports or blankets and can also be used for boxing and Muay Thai training. I-beam hangers are great for home basements, gyms and industrial use.
