Built on the success of Razor Code, Tecnifibre’s best-performing monofilament string used by Grand Slam winners and World Number 1s Daniil Medvedev and Iga Swiatek. Leveraging Tecnifibre’s knowhow and heritage of soft and comfortable strings, Razor Soft is brought to the market. A much softer, more comfortable version of Razor Code. The results are less fatigue on the arm, more power, all whilst still offering the same high level ultimate precision.

Technical Info
Precision is a key part of any tennis player’s game and is the difference between a good and a great player. Players, both pro and club level, are using stiffer frames, faster swing speeds and are generating more power, but less precision. Monofilament strings are used to stiffen the string bed for more control, but at the expense of reduced tolerance and comfort. Razor Soft uses the same premium material as its basis as Razor Code – High Modulus Polyester – which has excellent tension maintenance and precision properties. However, Razor Soft has polyurethane (PU) additives melted to the core for exceptional comfort and feel. Test results show that Razor Soft is 8% more elastic, for more comfort and power than Razor Code, without sacrificing precision or quality.
All Tecnifibre monofilament strings use Thermocore technology, a heating and cooling process during the production phase, to provide added flexibility to the polyester matrix for added comfort. Through this technology, Tecnifibre make the softest polyester strings on the market.
